Judging by the size of this new single family building being built in Yorkville, I'd say the new owner is quite well off. It's going up on 86th and York right across from the Carl Schurz park.

Tim Robbins was on the Upper East Side today filming on location. Filming for the upcoming movie Noise took place on 85th st between 2nd and 3rd ave. The movie is about a man who loves New York but can't stand the noise of the city.
