NYPD puts up SkyWatch tower in UES
Just noticed this morning that the NYPD's creepiest crime fighting tool has hit the streets of the Upper East Side. There's a police Sky Watch now looking over the corner of 86th and 2nd. Is there more crime in the area than we are aware of?

Personally, I don't find it creepy. The pros and potential pros far outweigh any paranoid potential cons.

I say let EVERYONE fend for themselves. Shut down the 911 system and let the Cops stay home. This City doesn't appreciate them so try and protect yourself. Most of you dicks just complain for the sake of complaining.
